APRIL GARAY│PRESIDENT

April Garay is the President and Co-founder of RollingStone Construction & Facility Services and has over 25 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry. After becoming a licensed real estate broker in 2002, she founded RollingStone Construction as a partnership alongside her husband with a focus on residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling. 15 years later, with hard work and determination, RollingStone Construction has flourished into a thriving Corporation offering commercial construction services to small business owners and large restaurant chains.

April stresses the importance of education and leadership development and has undertaken high level training such as Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses, JE Dunn’s Contractor
Business Development Program, Dave Ramsey’s Entreleadership seminar, and the Turner 

Advanced School for Project Management Program. Through her commitment to excellence and a dedication to professionalism, April and RollingStone Construction have continued to exceed industry standards by forming strong professional partnerships based on integrity, ingenuity, and reliability.

ALEX GARAY│VICE PRESIDENT & DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Alex Garay cofounded RollingStone Construction with his wife, April Garay, in 2002, and serves as the Vice President and Director of Operations for the company. Starting off in the construction industry at a young age, Alex has honed his technical skills over the years and possesses a wide-ranging skillset that is invaluable to the company. He oversees company projects from start to finish and focuses his time on the field in order to ensure proper training for crews, quality work, and client satisfaction. Along with his wife, Alex has built relationships with quality subcontractors and suppliers that can deliver high-quality products to customers.

Clients can rest assured that they will enter into a project relationship that they can trust as he embodies the core values of RollingStone Construction in his everyday life including honesty, integrity, and reliability.

GABRIEL NAVARRO│SUPERINTENDENT & SAFETY MANAGER

Gabriel Navarro brings over 15 years of construction experience and industry knowledge to RollingStone.
Gabriel is responsible for managing field crews, preparing submittals, reviewing shop drawings, scheduling subcontractors, and all forms of jobsite coordination. His wide range of experience has equipped him with valuable knowledge and skills in nearly every aspect of construction including Architectural Design, Commercial Construction, General Contracting, Construction Management, Remodel and Finishing work services. Having worked with large crews with over 35 employees, he is capable of delivering quality work and efficient work practices for any project necessary.

MARY CASTRO│PROJECT MANAGER

Mary Castro is entering her 6th year with RollingStone Construction and is responsible for total project management including controlling budgets, managing inventory, negotiating subcontracts, and providing day-to-day communication with the project team to ensure jobs remain on schedule and within budget. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, Mary’s expertise continues to forge positive relationships with clients and ensures that strategy is clearly defined while overseeing performance and maintaining morale.
Her strong communication and client service skills enhance RollingStone’s commitment to quality.

JUANITA CASTRO│ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Juanita Castro is the newest member of the RollingStone Construction team and was hired on in March 2018 to alleviate the increasingly demanding administrative duties required for daily operations including data entry, scheduling, billing, and sending/receiving invoices and proposals. 

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing at the University of Houston, her extensive experience using Microsoft Office in her schooling combined with her aptitude for technology allow Juanita to be an invaluable aid to the success of the company.
